Camille Brennan
Camille Brennan is a choral music educator, vocalist, and conductor passionate about creating joyful, inclusive, and musically engaging spaces for young singers. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Choral Music Education and Vocal Performance from Central Washington University, where she developed a strong foundation in vocal technique, music literacy, general music education practices, and leadership.
Camille grew up singing with Columbia Choirs, an experience that shaped her belief in the lasting impact of community-based choral music. She has since worked extensively with young singers through choral education, camps, and community music programs. She has served as the director of Columbia Choirs’ Overnight Camp and has led students through rehearsals, performances, and collaborative musical experiences for singers of a variety of ages. As an educator, Camille believes that young musicians thrive when they are challenged while also feeling supported, valued, and excited to make music together. She is especially interested in culturally authentic repertoire and in introducing students to music that broadens their horizons.
Outside of teaching, Camille is an active vocalist and performer with a particular love for opera, choral music, and musical theatre. She is an avid cook and loves any outdoor activities! She is excited to join Bellevue Youth Choirs and to continue building a community where young singers can grow as musicians, artists, and people.
